In 2015, Washington State's College Bound Scholarship opened to all Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients. WDC organizers were part of the push for a State Dream Act 2.0 that would allow undocumented students access to the College Bound Scholarship and other state programs.
